Case Studies- Redrow Colindale Gardens
Bespoke bathroom design for a vibrant new residential project
In a showcase of our bespoke design service, we worked alongside one of the UK's leading housing developers, Redrow, to help them deliver a tailored bathroom design solution to suit their new Colindale Gardens development.
The Brief
A vibrant new community in North West London set within 9 acres of landscaped green space, the Colindale Gardens project required a unique approach that not only matched the development’s contemporary design ethos but also provided practical, durable solutions for modern homeowners.
The Project
In a strategic partnership, Roper Rhodes was selected to design and supply a bespoke range of bathroom furniture for the development, focusing on mirrored cabinets, splashbacks, worktops, bath panels, and under-basin towel boxes.
Leveraging our new bespoke design service, our designers engaged in a detailed design process, starting with an understanding of the development's specific needs and preferences, including:
- Subtle detail design features for mirrored cabinets, including LED lighting, soft-close hinges, and shaver socket cut-outs.
- A selection of 2x EGGER MFC woodgrain finishes for splashbacks, worktops, bath panels, and towel boxes, ensuring finish consistency across the range of product types.
- Flexibility in colour choices, allowing for personalisation within the development's design scheme.
The bespoke design service ensured that all components were tailored to the development's requirements, from functionality to aesthetic appeal, with a focus on moisture-resistant materials and practical features.
