Lisa from @homeatmerlingardens gave her new-build ensuite a stunning modern makeover, turning it into a stylish and highly functional space. By incorporating our Burford fitted furniture, she maximised storage and used every inch efficiently - complemented perfectly by elegant brass fixtures for a polished finish.

What made you want to renovate your bathroom?

"When we bought our house 5 years ago the choices were already made by our builder and I hated the ensuite from the start. Although there was nothing wrong with it, the shower was bulky and outdated and the tiles were dull and we felt we could make much better use of the space."

What inspired your renovation?

"I have always loved herringbone, brushed brass and neutrals so this was my inspiration for our ensuite renovation. I had seen posts from Roper Rhodes on Instagram and they stood out straight away with their unique fitted furniture storage cabinets complete with WC and sink. There was no doubt in my mind that this was the company I wanted to go for."

What's your favourite part of your new bathroom?

"It’s hard to choose a favourite thing in our new ensuite because I am honestly in awe of how it has all come together. With the built in storage units, we now have so much more storage in here and the room also looks much bigger. The quality of the products is second to none, with the door handles providing a beautiful finishing touch. The finished look really is like a dream come true."
