1. Promoter The competition is organised and promoted by Roper Rhodes Ltd.

2. Eligibility This competition is open to residents of the UK mainland aged 18 years or older. Employees of Roper Rhodes Ltd, retailers, and any other individuals professionally associated with Roper Rhodes are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements To enter the competition, participants must complete the provided survey and submit their email address. This email address will be used solely to notify the winner and will not be retained beyond the competition period.

4. Competition Period The competition will run from the date of launch until 23:59 GMT on 31st March 2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

5. Prize The prize is a voucher valued at £500 (RRP), redeemable against any Roper Rhodes product(s). The selection and delivery of the product(s) will be coordinated with a Roper Rhodes representative after the winner is announced. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

6. Winner Selection and Notification The winning entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via the email address provided upon entry. Roper Rhodes will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner; however, if the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.

7. Use of Personal Information Personal information collected as part of this competition (i.e., email addresses) will be used only for the purpose of administering the competition and notifying the winner. All personal data will be deleted after the competition ends and the winner has been contacted.

8. General Conditions

• Roper Rhodes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Roper Rhodes reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or in breach of these terms and conditions.
• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
